Single Class Drop-In

- Expires after one year
*In addition to Yoga classes, all drop-ins/passes CAN be used for any weekly class including Barre, Group Fitness Classes (i.e. Pilates), Chair Yoga, YogaKick, Tools of Transformation, Prenatal Yoga; Class packages CANNOT be used for Series, Workshops, or Trainings.
• Membership cancellation must be done in writing via email by contacting CoyDog Botanicals & Yoga Management. Your cancellation request must be confirmed by a reply from Leslii Stevens – if you do not receive a reply to your cancellation please talk with Leslii.
• If your credit card on file is declined at the time of payment, this does not constitute cancellation of the membership. You must update your billing information with a valid credit card number.
• One suspension of 1-4 weeks per year allowed for special circumstance
• For regular weekly classes only, does not include series/workshops/children’s yoga
• No refunds or transfers
• Yoga and Group Fitness class schedule can change without notice
We do not want financial difficulties to keep anyone from practicing yoga.

REFUND POLICY
Workshops: A refund for a one-time workshop may be considered on a per case basis, and only in the event of a true emergency or sickness.
Series/Courses: Refunds are not available for series as your full series payment reserves your spot for the entire series, and the teacher is paid for your spot whether you are in attendance or not.
Gift Certificates: Refunds are not available for gift certificates.
Payments for class Drop-Ins or other Class Packages are non-refundable.
