As 2024 limps off the stage (seriously, it’s been like a Tin Man-Sans-Oil kind of year), we’re all probably feeling some combination of relief, exhaustion, and that electric buzz of "what’s next?" So let’s hit the pause button, grab a cup of chai, and have a little heart-to-heart about how we’re wrapping this year up and setting the stage for a truly wicked 2025.

Reflect: Taking Stock of the Year

Before we talk about all the ways we’re going to crush 2025, let’s take a moment to honor what 2024 brought us. Sure, maybe it wasn’t all sunshine and lavender-infused salt baths, but every challenge, every triumph, and yes, every "WTF" moment, has carved us into the people we are right now.

Let’s channel our inner yogi mechanic and pop the hood on 2024. Grab your journal, your favorite playlist (I recommend something with Zakk Wylde-level guitar solos), and reflect:


  • Wins: What’s something you’re proud of? Did you finally master Legs Up the Wall without feeling like the Scarecrow?

  • Challenges: What’s one area where you felt stuck? Did your metaphorical (or literal) synovial fluid need some extra TLC?

  • Gratitude: What are you thankful for? For me, it’s my community, my daughter Triniti, Luci the dog who lets me live in her house, and the fact that yoga and boxing kept me sane through all the curveballs.

Realign: Setting Intentions for 2025

Now that we’ve got 2024 in the rearview mirror, it’s time to turn the dial and focus forward. I’m not talking about resolutions here, those tend to fizzle faster than a January gym membership. I’m talking about intentions, clear, focused, and from the heart.

The Big Three for 2025:


  1. Flow Like the Vagus Nerve: Keep moving, keep adapting, and keep connecting. Whether it’s teaching classes, supporting domestic violence survivors, or just trying to keep my plants alive, flow is the vibe.



  2. Strengthen the Core: Both literally and figuratively. This year, I’ll be expanding my "Tools of Transformation" and "YogaKick" programs to empower more people to find their inner strength.


    Realign: Setting Intentions for 2025

  3. Stay "Wick Cool": Life is too short to take too seriously. Let’s laugh, let’s dance, and let’s make 2025 a year of joyful chaos.


Preparing for a Wicked 2025


Step 1: Detox and Recharge

If you’ve been to one of my four-day or 21-day detox programs, you know the drill. But if not, here’s a quick cheat sheet:


  • Body: Salt baths with essential oils (lavender or sage, anyone?) and some Ayurveda-approved meals from my cookbook-in-progress.

  • Mind: Meditation, but make it ADHD-friendly (think 5-minute increments, circus optional).

  • Space: Clear out the clutter, both physical and emotional. Yes, that means finally donating the yoga pants you haven’t worn since 2019.


Step 2: Embrace Play and Movement


2025 is all about fun. Whether it’s sound baths, barre, or pretending you’re a rock star with "I’m With the Band," find joy in your movement.




Step 3: Connect and Share


Community is everything. If you’re reading this, you’re part of mine, and I’m so grateful for you. Let’s keep building each other up, whether it’s through yoga classes, nutrition tips, or just sharing a laugh over my latest "yogi mechanic" metaphor.
